Dr. John E. Nees
John Edward Nees, M.D., F.A.C.S. is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is also certified in the Contour Threads® procedure. Dr. Nees earned his medical doctorate from Cornell University Weill Medical College in 1974 after graduating from Cornell with distinction with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 1970. His post-doctoral training included a surgical internship at University of Texas Health Science Center/Parkland Memorial Hospital, a general surgery residency at Harbor UCLA Medical Center and a plastic surgery residency at University of Miami Affiliated Hospital/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Nees is affiliated with South Beach Community Hospital in Miami Beach.
